This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.forgedascent.com and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Forged Ascent provides digital products, subscriptions, diagnostics, and coaching services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and handled in line with UK consumer law.

1. Digital Products (Essentials, Toolkits, Diagnostics)

All digital products provided by Forged Ascent are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Core Essentials

• Premium Essentials

• Toolkits

• Diagnostics and assessments

• Downloadable or gated digital content

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing immediate access to digital content

• Your statutory right to cancel is waived once access is provided

This complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Blueprint Subscriptions

Blueprints are subscription-based digital services.

• Payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period

• Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

3. Coaching Services

Coaching services are delivered on a monthly basis.

• Coaching fees are billed in advance

• Once a coaching period has begun, fees are non-refundable

• Missed check-ins, calls, or messages do not entitle you to a refund

If specific cancellation or notice periods apply, these will be clearly stated at the point of agreement.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Forged Ascent in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate charges

• Technical failure preventing access that cannot be resolved

Any discretionary refund does not create an ongoing entitlement or precedent.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact us first at callum@forgedascent.com.

Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access

• Termination of services

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
